First Arrival at CANCUN AIRPORT - HOTEL: Once you have collected your luggage you must go to the departure gate or platform area of the terminal.
- You will be able to identify our Welcome staff or driver because it displays a sign of the traveler's name.
- To validate your transfer, our staff will request your digital booking confirmation or identification.
If for any reason, you have any inconvenience in locating our Welcome staff, please locate yourself at any of the following meeting points located at the airport arrival terminals that correspond to your flight.
- Terminal 2 Domestic Arrivals "Welcome Bar".
- Terminal 2 International Arrivals "Welcome Bar". Terminal 3 at Margaretville Bar. Terminal 4 in "Welcome Bar".
In the case of delayed flights, a maximum waiting time of 60 minutes is allowed from the original flight schedule. If your arrival is delayed longer than this time, it will be considered a "no show", which means that you will not be able to access previously booked services.
On the other hand, if you opt for the transfer from the hotel to Cancun Airport , please note that the maximum waiting time in the lobby is 05 minutes. This ensures fast and efficient management for all.
