Here we will visit a cheese maker that produces, since an early age, cheeses of Serra da Estrela, in a traditional way. It is a family-tradition, with the knowledge inherited from the ancestors. Pinhanços is a Portuguese town in Seia, Portugal, with 716 inhabitants (2011). Its settlement dates back to the arab era, as evidenced by the existence of a moorish cemetery, of which there are still some graves.
