Hi, if you enjoy cooking & eating or to learn about culinary history or to learn culinary techniques, tips, or tricks, then please try & joy my cooking classes. During our class we will cook 4 dishes/ recipes, we can cook the sample menu I mention with this booking but I also will send you a list of many other choices and dishes (once the reservation had been made) so if you wish, you can change the sample menu and set up your own 4 course menu. I have vegan, gluten free, vegetarian, pesqueterian and many other choices and can adjust to your dietary restrictions.  I offer 'hands on' or 'demonstration cooking classes' and you can choose what you would prefer and of course all we cook, you can eat too :) I am internationally certified as: 1. Professional Cook by the Government of Germany 2. Chef Educator by World Association of Chefs (WACS) 3. Graduated with a University degree in Gastronomy, certified by the Secretary of Education of Mexico 4. Maitre Cusinier by the culinary association of France I have been working internationally as a Chef since 34 years & and love to share what I know :)

Food Menu

STARTER - ‘Sopa de Tortilla’ (Mexican Tortilla/Aztec soup)

Chicken/tomatoe broth, served with fried Pasilla chili, corn chips, avocado, cream and fresh ranchero cheese)

MAIN - Enchiladas Verdes

with chicken stuffed Corn Tortilla covered with a green Tomatillo - Chili sauce, topped with lettuce, avocado, mexican cream & fresh ranchero cheese

MAIN - ‘Pescado a la Veracruzana’ (Veracruz Style snapper filet)

steamed inside a banana leaf, with a rich tomato sauce which includes olives, capers, bell peppers, onion & more

DESSERT - ‘Buñuelos’ (Mexican Fritters served with a syrup sauce)

made with piloncillo sugar, guava fruit, citrus fruit, anise, cinnamon, vanilla and more
