Travelers will be able to select a drink tasting menu and dinner menu for their group to sample and participate in creating. Guests will taste the menu and take home samples for later. Cuisine ranges from Mexican to Japanese menus, to reflect the knowledge, experience and culture of the host.
Guests choose a prix fixe menu with an appetizer, drink tasting, and mixology section and then a cooking class and full meal and dessert. Guests will have a full appetizer, meal, and dessert to eat, plus an interactive learning segment for cooking and mixing drinks. Guests will have 2-3 drinks offered throughout the evening.
Guests sample the Japanese summer starter of cold tofu served with different sauces and toppings.
Guests will have a variety of fish, vegetable and pickle fillings available and learn how to prepare and create their own sushi.
Guests will discuss what mochi is and try different flavors along with green tea ice cream.
