If you miss your tour, it will be considered a "No Show," and 100% of the payment will be forfeited in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. Rescheduling is only permitted under the following conditions: The re-schedule request is made at least 72 hours before the scheduled tour time, subject to availability. Weather conditions prevent the tour from taking place, as determined at the management’s sole discretion. Other operational reasons prevent the tour from proceeding, at the management’s sole discretion.
