Arrival Transfer:
- Please provide us with your flight arrival details and the hotel accommodation where you would like to be dropped off. This information is essential for us to arrange a seamless transfer and ensure that we assign the appropriate terminal for pickup.
- Any changes to your flight schedule or accommodation details should be communicated to us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival time.
- In the event of flight delays or changes, we will monitor your flight status and adjust the pickup time accordingly. However, it is crucial that you notify us of any significant changes as soon as possible to avoid any inconvenience.
Departure Transfer:
- Please indicate the desired pickup time for your departure transfer. We recommend scheduling the pickup approximately 4 hours before your flight departure time to allow for check-in procedures and airport security.
- It is your responsibility to be ready for pickup at the designated time. We will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes from the scheduled pickup time. If you are not ready or available for pickup within this timeframe, it may result in a missed transfer and additional charges.
- Any changes to your departure time should be communicated to us at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes are subject to availability.
- We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as traffic congestion, road closures, or inclement weather. We advise allowing sufficient time for your transfer to avoid any potential inconveniences.

- Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase. Oversized or excess luggage (surfboards, golf clubs, bikes etc.) may be subject to certain restrictions. Please enquire with the local tour operator prior to your travel date

- Departure transfer will be pickup 4 hours before the departure time for both international and domestic flights
- Waiting at the airport up to 75 minutes after the landing time
- If no flight information given to us at least 24 hours before arrival -no refund will be made. Make sure you did not forget to give us the flight detail.
- Arrival transfer will follow your flight actual landing time. However, if you want to request a special pick-up time or explore inside airport, please inform us in advance before your arrival date.
- You may inform us at the contact numbers given above, should you be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the waiting time. We can try our best to arrange for the driver to wait pending their availability. Please note the driver reserves the right to impose a surcharge of SGD10 per additional 15 minutes of waiting time.
- Pickup/Dropoff location Jurong and Woodland will be extra charge 20 SGD per vehicle payable to driver
- Each passenger is permitted one large and one small piece of luggage. For each piece of luggage carried beyond the standard allowance, a fee of SGd15 per luggage will be charged.

We will record as a no-show once the 75 minute wait time expires and a refund will not be issued. 3. If you book airport pickup and flight arrival between 23:00 hrs - 06:00 hrs. The additional charge is 10SGD per car pay direct to driver.
