If your flight lands at Terminal 3, Your driver will meet you in the TERMINAL 3 waiting area, near MEETING POINT COLUMN NUMBER 1.
If your flight lands at Terminal 1: Your driver will meet you in the Terminal 1 waiting hall, next to the Meeting Point Column.
Your driver will track your flight and meet you at the meeting point 40 minutes after your flight has landed.
If your flight lands early or late, we will send you the first available driver, and on busy days, you might have to wait for the first available driver to arrive.
We will always uptake you via text messages or phone calls; be sure to provide us with a phone number you will be using in Italy.
