Ba Duan Jin, this ancient and magical traditional Chinese fitness exercise, has gradually become a new favorite for modern people to pursue a healthy life. In the process of practicing Ba Duan Jin, you can feel your breathing become stable and your mood becomes happy. Every movement is like a dialogue with your body, which makes me understand my body needs better. After the morning exercise, I will take you to taste the traditional breakfast of Old Beijing nearby. Speaking of Beijing breakfast, the variety is so rich that you can finish it in a few days. For example: bean juice with fried dough rings, fried liver with steamed buns, sugar-coated cakes with tofu brain, mutton soup with sesame cakes with meat, noodle tea, fried tofu soup, sugar fire, bean filling fried cakes, pea yellow, etc. On this trip, we will eat at least 4-5 kinds of food, so that your trip to Beijing will not leave regrets!
