To facilitate the shuttle service and avoid chain delays, guests are requested to be ready for the agreed time and indicated on the voucher. 4. Likewise, to facilitate the drop off on return, customers are required to respect the schedule of the program and communicated by the staff on board. 5. With our free shuttle we assign a time limit for each activity we have to perform. If due to force majeure, road interruption, or to any reason that prevents us from reaching the pick-up location, and we consume our time limit, we must necessarily change, cancel, postpone or permanently cancel the activity.
