After the meeting at the ship, we will drive toward to the Caves of Carrara!!! Here you will enjoy the beauties of the white famous Carrara Marble and the visit of the quarry! We will drive to Pietrasanta... Pietrasanta is a town and comune on the coast of northern Tuscany in Italy, in the province of Lucca. Pietrasanta is part of Versilia, on the last foothills of the Apuan Alps. The town has Roman origins and part of the Roman wall still exists. The medieval town was founded in 1255 upon the pre-existing "Rocca di Sala" fortress of the Lombards by Luca Guiscardo da Pietrasanta, from whom it got its name. Pietrasanta was at its height a part of the Republic of Genoa (1316–1328). We will drive to Pisa, known in the world for its famous Leaning Tower ( it's not the only one!)... Piazza dei cavalieri and then we will drive back to the port.

Marble Caves of Carrara

After the meeting at the ship , we will drive toward to Fantiscritti( where the Marble caves are). From the port of Carrara to Fantiscritti, it takes 20 minutes by Van. We will reach Fantiscritti where you will meet your guide to show you the famous Marble Caves!!!

Pietrasanta

We will drive to Pietrasanta. It will will take 40 minutes drive by van Pietrasanta is a town and comune on the coast of northern Tuscany in Italy, in the province of Lucca. We will stop here, for a pic! Piazza dei Cavalieri hosts the famous "School".. "La Scuola Normale Superiore" founded by Cosimo dei Medici and rebuilt by Napoleon in 1806!
