We must receive the passenger's phone number in order to provide the service.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the reservation, the amount you paid will not be refunded. The limit of luggage is according with the capacity of each van. (A single stroller is considered a suitcase / double stroller is considered two suitcases). Please let us know the number of your luggages and we try to help you when you make your reservations.

Procedure when pick up passengers at Orlando International Airport (MCO):
Passengers arrive at the Orlando International Airport must receive from the driver or dispatcher a call or text as soon as the plane landed with the driver's name, phone number, and the exactly meeting point. The pick-up area at the Orlando International Airport is at the level 1 on the ground transportation commercial area where you will find the driver assigned for you. The passengers have 45 min in grace from the flight landed. When you arrive the main terminal, proceed down the escalators to baggage claim where you will find your chauffeur awaiting your arrival. He/she will be standing by at the bottom of the escalators holding a sign with your name clearly displayed. Once you have claimed your bags, your chauffeur will escort you down to the ground transportation concourse for immediate departure. Once you’re in the vehicle you will be whisked away safely and comfortably in your privately chauffeured vehicle.

If any Passengers need to pick up at any other location must receive a call or text from the driver or dispatcher 30 minutes before their reservation time with the driver's name, phone number, and another call or text when arrived to the pick up area.
The passengers have 15 min in grace from scheduled time.
