In addition to the tour fee, you will need to pay the Mt. Fuji climbing toll and entrance fee of 4,000 yen. Please prepare cash on the day of participation.
Depending on traffic conditions, the return departure time and arrival times may vary.

Please be aware that accommodation in mountain huts is in mixed-gender shared rooms and the space can be very small.
Charging your devices in mountain huts is strictly prohibited. Please bring your own mobile battery.
Bringing and using gas burners is prohibited.
During peak times, you may be required to stay in a mountain hut other than Hakuunso, Gansomuro, Mt. Fuji Hotel, or Munetsuki Edoya.
Even if you choose not to stay at the hotel arranged by the tour company and instead arrange your own accommodation, we will not provide a refund for the tour price.
The same applies to services other than accommodation (such as meals). If you choose not to use the services provided by the tour company and instead make your own arrangements, no refunds will be given.
For safety, it is important to act in a group, especially when climbing mountains. If you are going to act separately from the guide, be sure to clearly communicate your plans before you act.
The guide will also accompany you on the descent. The guide will lead the way until the trail forks, but after that the guide will support you from the back. (We will provide full support from the fifth station to the summit.)
This tour will proceed rain or shine, but depending on the weather conditions, the guide may decide to cancel the climb.
The weather on Mt. Fuji is very changeable, so rain gear is essential. If you do not have the necessary equipment, you may be asked to retire from the climb. In this case, there will be no refund.
If thunder or strong winds continue, the climb may be canceled. Please note that no refunds will be given in such cases.
Please be sure to check your health before you depart. Take care of your health and avoid sleep deprivation, hangovers, etc.
If you experience altitude sickness (headache, nausea), please inform your guide.
Depending on the symptoms, we may recommend or be forced to retire the tour.
All toilets on Mt. Fuji from the 5th station onwards require a fee (100 to 300 yen). Please make sure to have some coins ready.
There is no water supply on Mount Fuji. Therefore, water is precious and all water is charged. Please calculate and prepare for the amount of water you will use other than drinking water.
On the second day, guests with tattoos or similar marks will not be able to enter the hot spring facility.
The activity is not recommended: high blood pressure / heart disease / other serious medical conditions / pregnant women / PWDs (persons with disabilities)

Even in summer, the average temperature at the summit is 5°C. Please prepare for the cold (down jacket, gloves, woolen hat) before entering the mountain.
