— What You Can Expect —

Embark on an unforgettable adventure with Australian Sunset Safaris’ "Get Wrecked" 1-Day Tour to Moreton Island, a stunning paradise of golden beaches, rolling surf, and vibrant marine life. This action-packed journey takes you to one of Australia’s most breathtaking destinations, where our award-nominated professionals guide you through a series of exhilarating activities. From snorkeling to sand tobogganing, the day is designed to immerse you in the island’s natural beauty, with all activities tailored to tidal, weather, and operational conditions for a safe and memorable experience.

Your adventure begins with a fully guided snorkeling tour at the Tangalooma Shipwrecks, diving into crystal waters to spot turtles, dolphins, coral, and thousands of reef fish, with all gear provided and safety vests available for non-swimmers. Next, you’ll glide over the shipwrecks in our unique transparent kayaks on a fully guided tour, witnessing the “Fish Frenzy” as marine life swarms beneath you. Both activities depend on wind, weather, and tidal conditions, ensuring a spectacular experience.

Then, hop aboard our 4WD “Tough Bus” for an exhilarating ride along rugged tracks to The Desert, Moreton Island’s iconic sand dunes. The tour culminates in the thrill of sand tobogganing, racing down massive dunes at speeds up to 70 km/h, with all equipment provided as you climb the world’s tallest coastal sand dune for an adrenaline-pumping ride.

Please note that the order of activities may vary depending on your assigned group; however, all water-based experiences will take place consecutively for a smooth and enjoyable adventure
