Your night starts in a classic Madrid tavern, where locals gather after work for vermouth on tap, artisanal cheese, and cured meats. But before we move on, there’s one challenge you have to try—the porrón. This traditional Spanish drinking vessel is part skill, part party trick, and 100% fun.
Next, step into a cozy, tucked-away bar, where we’ll enjoy Madrid’s most famous vermouth cocktail alongside gourmet tostas, Spanish open-faced tapas topped with Ibérico ham, smoked fish, or creamy local cheese.
La Latina
Before our next stop, we’ll take a stroll through La Latina, uncovering Madrid’s medieval walls and the centuries-old marketplace that shaped this neighborhood. This is where Madrid’s past and present collide, and you’ll see firsthand why locals love this area for both history and nightlife.

- Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your tour, your guide will be holding a red bag or Devour Tours sign. This tour meets by the newsstand in Pl. de Prta Cerrada, Centro, 28005 Madrid, Spain. Your guide will be waiting for you by the statue of the cross.
