This is a guided bike tour of central Ljubljana were we pedal past Ljubljana Farmers` Market, Cathedral, Town Hall and stop by the Ljubljanica river, old town squares, National and University Library. Commentary from your guide as you go.
We will see one of the most beautiful Art Nouveau bridges in Ljubljana and explain why a dragon is the symbol of the city. A hint: it has also to do with the story of Jason and the Argonauts.
We will ride through a part of the Old Town of Ljubljana, along colorful old houses, narrow streets, cafes and restaurants. We will stop to see Ljubljana Farmers` Market, the cathedral, bridges, town hall etc.
We will see one of the oldest bridges of Ljubljana, later redesigned by the famous Slovenian architect Joze Plecnik. We will also see some other of his amazing works.
