During your Quest, discover the city's highlights, explore hidden gems, learn some fun facts about the places you visit and see things that most people just pass by.
As the activity is all self-guided through the app, you can start your Quest when you want (must be played during daylight hours), there are no set starting/ending times. No groups to follow.
You can go at your own pace, stopping for longer in one location, taking a break or having a snack in one of the many cafes and pubs along the trail OR you can make it a race and try to get to the top of the city leaderboard!

Explore the docks and city centre of Liverpool by unlocking a carefully hidden trail. Your Quest will wind you through the waterfront seeing much of what made Liverpool one of the most important trading ports in the UK then travel through the business district and into the iconic streets made famous by the Fab Four ending back at your starting location via the largest outdoor shopping centre in Europe and the remarkable Albert Dock. As you find the clues and solve the puzzles you might ‘meet’ some famous icons, hear about some ghostly children, and discover the how the city was key in the war efforts. So grab your football scarf (red or blue are both welcome), put on some comfy shoes and get ready to explore the sights, discover hidden gems and ultimately, conquer your Liverpool Quest! This is an ideal outdoor activity for couples, families, groups of friends, school groups and can be the perfect team building or corporate activity. Wil you Conquer The Quest? NOTE: This activity is played through the Go Quest Adventures App whic is available in ENGLISH ONLY.

- Your Quest will start begin in front of the Mersey Ferry building near Albert Dock. You can start your Quest at any time but we suggest playing during daylight hours in order to see clues.

TO ACCESS YOUR QUEST, PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING: Your Redemption Code can be found under the Bar Code on your ticket. It will begin with the letters RC. Starting Location: King Edward VII statue in front of the Mersey Ferry Building Ending Location: The Quest will return you to the same location Things To Bring With You: • Fully charged mobile device! It might be a good idea to bring a charger or battery pack with you just in case. • Paper and pen to help you work out puzzles. • Comfortable shoes and weather appropriate clothing (it is an outdoor adventure). • We’ve added what3words addresses within the app to make it easier to find Quest locations when using map hints. It may be helpful to download this app however, it is not required. To Redeem Your Code: Each team member needs to download the Go Quest Adventure app and create a profile. You can find the App both on the App Store and the GooglePlay Store. Choose a Quest Leader who will be responsible for inputting answers into the app. Once inside the app, click ADD QUEST from the Your Quests page. Enter the Redemption Code and the Quest will be added to Your Quests page. Open the Quest and follow the instructions. Add Players: Quest Leaders can invite other players to have read only access to the game to play along. Team players should click on ADD QUEST on their own device and then enter the code that will be displayed on the Quest Leader’s mobile device once inside the game.
