Languedoc Vineyard Tours
We provide unique and very personal half day tours of some of the best wine producers in the Languedoc. Tours are for 2 to 5 people maximum and are tailor-made to your requirements. Tours are lead by our own professional and experienced wine expert who will educate and inform you about wine like few other tour guides can do. Unlike other tours we take you into the heart of the vineyards where you can see and touch the actual vines which make the wines you are tasting at that moment. Our special connections get you access to people and vineyards that few outsiders ever see or meet. We also take you to see some of the best kept sites and secrets of the Languedoc.
You will come away with your senses brimming with new experiences, smells and flavours.

What's included in Languedoc Vineyard Tours
(Subject to Option Inclusions)SUMMER During the summer months from April to the end of September half day tours will start at 0830 leaving from Carcassonne and returning to Carcassonne to finish at with a light lunch and wines at the shop at 1300. Guests are chauffeured in a luxury air-conditioned Volvo XC90 4x4. Guests booking the full day excursion will have a lunch at a top local restaurant followed by a cultural visit and / or a further winery visit returning to Carcassonne around 1800. Guests will visit two wineries in the morning and have the opportunity to taste and discover at least 12 different wines from some of the most important and notable producers in the region. Your guide will provide a full initiation into the history of wine in the region, an introduction to the art of wine making and how to taste and appreciate wines. We will present wines in the vineyard and at the wine cellar. There will be time for some visits to historic sites, with a light lunch of delicious cheeses and Charcuterie accompanied by local wines. All wines tasted will be available for guests to purchase at a special rate after the tour.

Please arrive at the pick up point 10 minutes before departure time.
Additional Information
Most vineyard tours start and finish in Carcassonne. Unless otherwise agreed tours start and finish at Vins et Vinos, The Carcassonne Wine Shop at 38 Rue Barbès.
Meeting / End Points
- We will collect you from your hotel in La Cite or you can meet us at the wine shop on the ground floor of 38 rue Barbès. Please note the tour finishes back in Carcassonne.
