Waverunner operators: Anyone who was born on or after January 1st, 1988 and at least 18 years of age must take a Florida Boaters Safety test You can take the test prior to arrival or on the Party Cat. Cost: $9.95 No one under the age of 18 is permitted to operate a waverunner but can ride on the back.
