  • If you are concerned about seasickness, please note that this tour stays in the calm, protected waters of the Inside Passage and does not go out into the open ocean; large waves and rough seas will not be encountered
  • Guests must be able to navigate a 9-step boarding ladder to enter the vessel. Each step is approx 6" high. Guests are seated during the entire tour
  • Wheelchairs, strollers and walkers are not taken on board the boat; instead they are taken at the bottom of the boarding ladder and taken to a dry, secure area during the tour and returned at the conclusion of the tour

  • *Meet on cruise ship docks 1-4. You must contact us at least 24 hours before your tour time for departure location. *ALL Norwegian Cruise Line Passengers must contact us at least 24 hours in advance to arrange and pay the transportation fee from Ward Cove to Downtown Ketchikan.

We are glad you can join us for a quacking, good time! *CHECKING IN IS ESSENTIAL* Please check in with our coordinator as soon as you arrive in town. Although it does not happen often, there may be schedule changes, cancellations, or other information you need to know immediately. **All tours depart from the Ketchikan Cruise Ship Pier Downtown location. ** Guests can check in with our Duck Tour representatives on the downtown Ketchikan Cruise Ship Pier 30 minutes before tour departure at the bottom of your cruise ship ramp. After checking in, please arrive at least 15 minutes before tour departure for boarding. Seating is on a first-come basis, and there is no reserved seating. **If you are not traveling on a cruise ship, please get in touch with us @ 907-225-9899 for meeting instructions at least 24 hours before your scheduled tour departure. ***If you are traveling with Norwegian Cruise Lines, which docks at Ward Cove Terminal, please note that the Ketchikan Cruise Ship pier is approximately 10 miles south. You must take the free Ward Cove Shuttle from the terminal to meet your tour downtown. Please allow 1 hour for transportation to downtown Ketchikan. We strive to get our tours off on time, so please help us by being ready. Restrooms are on the cruise ship pier and inside the Ketchikan Visitor's Bureau. Beverages and snacks are allowed onboard, and we ask you to remove all trash as you leave. Alcohol and smoking are prohibited on board the Amphibians.
