Kagoshima Volcano SUP Yoga Activity Inc. Lunch & Transport

The activity starts with preparation time and coffee, a brief SUP training session and paddling around the bay. The main yoga session then begins with gentle exercises for revitalising the body and refreshing the mind. After that, enjoy a tasty hamburger meal at The Factory dining café. We recommend the ‘Kurobuta’ burger made with Kagoshima black pork! Vegetarian options are also available. For a snack, also try the Iso Coast speciality and local favourite ‘Jambo Mochi’ Japanese rice cakes! Yuki, our SUP Yoga Instructor, loves yoga, the sea and travel, and she holds many outdoor classes and events in Kagoshima including studio yoga, SUP yoga and beach yoga. Her aim is for everyone to enjoy yoga together, feeling the connection between mind and body, as well as the power of energy, restoration, healing and love that nature gives.
