  • Please make sure your mobile phone and its operating system are compatible with eSIM. Failure to do so may result in activation failure. Refunds will not be granted
  • iOS must be version 12.1 or later; please note that iPhones sold in China do not support eSIM and certain mobile phones sold in Hong Kong and Macao do not support eSIM
  • The QR code cannot be scanned if the QR code is in the cellphone. Please print the voucher or show it on another device
  • eSIM can be used after activated. Please note that you need to have a good network/Wi-Fi connection when installing eSIM
  • The eSIM is available immediately after installation. Please install the eSIM on the usage date
