Opened in 1964, the Burke Baker Planetarium has presented astronomical programs to millions of visitors. Fly through the universe, experience the vastness of space, roam planetary surfaces, navigate asteroid fields, and watch the latest fulldome shows.
The Houston Museum of Natural Science is located in the heart of the Houston Museum District across from Hermann Park. With world-class hospitality and knowledgeable staff, the museum will delight you with it's easy to follow layout, clearly marked displays and beautiful exhibit halls. Exchanged your ticket for a planetarium ticket upon arrival. The digital projection system allows you to explore planets, stars and asteroid fields. See one of the different dome shows like "Passport to the Universe," "Black Holes," or "Forward to the Moon." The last show of the day is at 5 PM.

There are two shows each hour. You will choose your show when you arrive to the box office. The shows run 25 min.
