What's included in Hiking: Off-trail on the Piton de la Fournaise volcano
(Subject to Option Inclusions)Departing from the Pas de Bellecombe car park, we descend into the Fouqué enclosure to walk on the recent lava from the active volcano. We move off-trail, a privilege reserved for mountain professionals, for an exclusive discovery of the volcano! On the program: Formica Léo, 2018 and 2019 flows, Bory crater, Dolomieu crater, La Soufrière. Hike reserved for people who are comfortable on varied terrain. Sticks strongly recommended. A good understanding of French is necessary to participate in this activity. Recommended minimum age: 12 years old. For any child under 12, please contact us for more information. We cannot accept minors under the age of 18 unaccompanied by an adult.
