- Traffic in Istanbul can be heavy; it is recommended that you leave for the meeting point earlier than planned.
- Tickets are valid for a specific time and expire within 5-10 minutes.
- It is not possible to join the group after the tour has started.
- Headscarves are mandatory. Clothing that covers the shoulders and knees is required; shorts, sleeveless tops, etc. are not acceptable.
- It is prohibited to bring flags, banners, documents, or other materials containing political, ideological, or religious messages into Hagia Sophia.
