• Standard luggage size: 24-28 inches. Please inform us in advance if you have oversized luggage or a stroller. Large luggage will be counted as 2 pieces of luggage.
• Overloading risk: If the passenger or luggage capacity is exceeded and the vehicle cannot be boarded, the cost will be borne by the guest.
• Vehicle Adjustment: Depending on the situation on the day, we may provide vehicles of the same class to ensure a comfortable trip.
• A 7-seater car can accommodate up to 6 people, but if there are 6 larger people among the passengers, it is recommended to choose a 10-seater car to ensure a comfortable ride and sufficient luggage space. Note:
• This vehicle can only be driven within 300 kilometers of the departure hotel (if the itinerary is not in the same area, for example: Mount Fuji + Hakone area, a cross-region service fee will be charged)
• The total duration of the chartered car service is 10 hours, and the start or end time is 8 hours at a different location (reserved time based on actual conditions); the service time is 07:00 - 20:00. It is recommended to arrange the departure time reasonably to fully enjoy the attractions 【Special attention】 The total duration of a medium-sized chartered vehicle service with more than 18 seats is 9 hours, and 7 hours if it starts or ends at a different location (time is reserved based on actual conditions); the service is available from 07:00 to 20:00, and overtime can be up to 1 hour.
• If the service time exceeds 10 hours (including delays caused by traffic jams, etc.), an overtime fee will be charged: Vehicles with less than 10 seats: 5,000 yen for each hour of overtime Vehicles with 14 seats or more: 10,000 yen for each hour of overtime
• Departure time can be based on passenger needs (within the service time)
• Please note: Drivers do not speak English but can respond to customers via an interpreter. Please select your preferred language at the checkout page.
• The supplier will send you the driver information 1 day before departure (provided at the latest 3 hours before the car is used). Please pay attention and wait for the driver to pick you up at least 10 minutes in advance in the hotel lobby
• The itinerary includes Mt. Fuji 5th Station, and a mountain access fee of JPY 2100-JPY 3700 will be charged. Please pay directly to the local facility or driver in the Mt. Fuji 5th Station area.
• The pick-up and drop-off points are all in hotels or B&Bs within the Tokyo 23 wards. If you are picking up outside the Tokyo 23 wards, you will need to allow the driver some free time or pay an additional fee of 5,000 to 20,000 yen.
• Haneda Airport and Disneyland area hotels are not located in the Tokyo city area and are not within the pick-up range. You will need to pay an additional fee (5,000 to 10,000 yen one way)
