Children's tickets are applicable to children who are 3 years old or older but under 12 years old, or children who are 1.0m but under 1.5m tall.
Senior tickets are applicable to: Seniors aged 65 or above on the day of the visit
Youth tickets are applicable to minors who are aged 12 or above but under 18 years old on the day of the tour and are over 1.5 meters tall.
Double ticket is valid for: including 2 standard tickets, two people enter the park at the same time and only enter the park once
1 adult and 1 child family ticket is applicable to: 1 standard ticket and 1 child ticket (standard ticket is applicable to all tourists, child ticket is applicable to children aged 3 to 12 years old or 1.0 to 1.5 meters tall on the day of the visit. Children must be accompanied by at least 1 adult to enter the park). Special note: Two people can enter the park at the same time and can only enter once.

Visitors are not allowed to feed the animals without permission from the staff
Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue
Before entering the park, visitors must verify their valid identity documents at the entrance. Please prepare your valid identity documents in advance.
When visiting the park, please queue up, take your seat or follow the on-site arrangements and instructions of the staff at the park entrance, performance venues, amusement facilities and other areas according to the interval signs.
To ensure the safety of the animals in the park, Chimelong Safari Park, Chimelong Bird Park and Chimelong Ocean Kingdom do not allow visitors to bring in any other food or drinks except baby food and an appropriate amount of drinking water.
Some attractions have height and physical requirements. Please consider your own health conditions before playing. Please refer to the opening hours, performance times and precautions of the corresponding theme park before playing.
Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue
