You have two options for booking: 8am - 2pm | Glacier Spit Trailhead to Saddle Trailhead Distance: 4.7 miles from Glacier Spit Trailhead to Saddle Trailhead OR 6.7 miles from Glacier Spit Trailhead to Saddle Trailhead with tram detour 8am - Depart from Homer Harbor 8:45am - Drop off at Glacier Spit Trailhead Start on Glacier Lake Trail. Optional: Take the Tram Spur Trail to a hand operated tram where you can pull yourself across the Glacier River! After, you will need to back track the Tram Spur Trail to Glacier Lake Trail. Follow this trail to the Grewingk Glacier Lake. The descent down Saddle trail to your pickup location is about 1 hr from the lake. 1pm - Pick up from Saddle Trailhead 2pm - Drop off at Homer Harbor 12:15pm - 6:15pm | Saddle Trailhead to Saddle Trailhead Distance: 3 miles 12:15pm - Depart from Homer Harbor 1pm - Drop off at Saddle Trailhead Start on Saddle Trail. You'll hike up switchbacks until the trail intersects with Glacier Lake Trail. You'll follow this trail until you reach Grewingk Glacier Lake. When it's time to return, you'll make your descent down Saddle Trail to get picked up. 5:30pm - Pick up from Saddle Trailhead 6:15pm - Drop off at Homer Harbor
