The pickup area includes hotels within a Bangkok Downtown, covering the following locations: The pickup areas are A) Silom, B) Pathum Wan, and C) Sukhumvit, from Soi 1 to Soi 33 (odd numbers) and from Soi 2 to Soi 24 (even numbers) only.

- If your hotel is outside our pickup area, please go to the meeting point at the River City Bangkok. Please meet us at the pier no.2 Grand Pearl Cruise counter.
Redeem
Ticket Redemption
The cruise's driver (not our guide) will pick you up from your hotel at around 5:00 PM. Pickup service is available for hotels located in downtown Bangkok, encompassing the following areas: Sukhumvit area Soi 1 to 33 (odd numbers) and Soi 2 to 24 (even numbers), as well as Silom and Pathum Wan. For hotels outside our pickup area, please proceed to the designated meeting point at River City Bangkok, Pier No. 2 (Grand Pearl Cruise). Preparation for Pick-up: 1. Inform your hotel reception that the Grand Pearl cruise driver will pick you up. 2. Wait in your hotel lobby. Note: The drivers have limited English skills and will primarily coordinate with your hotel reception. Providing your name to the reception is recommended.
