Followed by a guided tasting of 5 wines (2 white wines, 2 red wines, 1 passito) combined with traditional tastings with notes on food-wine pairing techniques. Activity not suitable for people with dietary restrictions.

- Guided tasting of 5 wines: 4 top wines of the company (2 whites and two reds) and 1 Vinsanto (sweet wine)
