Jvari Church
Built in the 6th century, Jvari monastery overlooks the old capital of Georgia - Mtskheta and the confluence of Aragvi and Mtkvari rivers
Svetitskhoveli Cathedral
Definitely the holiest place in Georgia. Listed in UNESCO world heritage. Outstanding example of medieval Georgian church architecture.
This early bronze age fortified city was one of the most important points on the ancient silk road following Mtkvari river.
