• Short-Term Storage (1-2 days): Keep the strudel at room temperature in an airtight container to prevent it from drying out. Avoid direct sunlight and heat sources.

• Long-Term Storage (up to 2 weeks): Wrap the strudel tightly in plastic wrap or aluminium foil, then place it in an airtight container or a resealable plastic bag. Store in the freezer. When ready to enjoy, thaw in the refrigerator overnight and reheat in an oven at 175°C (350°F) for about 10-15 minutes to restore its flaky texture.

• Reheating Instructions: For the best taste and texture, scrape off the Mao Shan Wang from the Strudel before reheating in an oven rather than a microwave. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F), place the strudel on a baking sheet, and heat until warmed through. Spread the Mao Shan Wang back in the Strudel.
