With the workshop you will learn how to make a cheese by hand, and then you will be able to taste a variety of artisan cheeses, including the one made in the workshop, where the importance of producing products naturally will be valued, controlling the raw material from the beginning. .
The duration of the workshop with tasting will be approximately 1.5 hours, corresponding to 45 minutes for the elaboration workshop, and 45 minutes for the guided tasting. We will begin with the elaboration of the cheese, in which all the steps to follow to be able to elaborate a typical Valencian fresh cheese will be explained in detail. With the knowledge acquired, the visitor will be able to make the product at home. Next, a selection of cheeses will be paired on individual plates with a local wine, thus beginning the guided tasting.
