- No pets are allowed inside the Lotus Belle Tent. However, they are allowed in the Hikergarden tent. An additional cleaning fee of ₱1,000 will apply if this rule is disregarded
- This is an outdoor experience, so you'll have contact with bugs and bees, hear roosters in the mornings, cows mooing etc. The site sits on a hill with steps leading down to a creek (no railings). Please consider this before booking if you are a group that is bringing small children along
- There are a few houses across the valley, so you will hear sounds of life. Since sound carries across the valley, we ask our guests to keep noise (loud music) to a minimum after 9:00 pm as a courtesy to our neighbors. Like all campsites, quiet time is in place
- A vehicle with high ground clearance would be ideal, since there is a portion of the road near the site that has deep ruts. However, a 4-wheel drive isn't necessary
- Additional guests (2 years old and above) will be charged ₱1,200/per guest
- Children ages 2 and below who do not require extra meals and beds can join free of charge
- Guests who have visitors over during their booking will be charged ₱250/per guest and will be charged for a night's stay if they stay past 6:00 pm

- The open-air kitchen and lounge area includes a fridge, stove, oven toaster, coffee maker, cookware and utensils, and a portable charcoal grill. Wi-Fi access will also be available for use
- Two outhouses with flushing toilets and rain-head showers will also be available for your exclusive use.
- Towels, soap, shampoo, and conditioner will be provided for you
