  • This eSIM must be activated within 90 days after issuance. For optimal user experience, we recommend activating the eSIM as soon as you reach your destination
  • If you encounter any issue with the eSIM but have no record of reaching out to customer service to try resolving it, refunds will not be granted as the cause of the issue was not determined
  • If you see an error message after scanning the QR code, it does not necessarily mean the eSIM is invalid. Please restart your device and check under Settings → Mobile Data to see if the eSIM has already been added. If you are unsure, contact customer support for assistance.
  • If you install the eSIM before arrival and see “Activating” or “Unable to activate eSIM,” your iPhone is still searching for a network. Do not delete the eSIM. Keep it turned off and enable it after arrival. If already at your destination, restart your phone or manually select a network.
  • For iPhone users, please delete any configuration profile to avoid interference. Go to Settings → General → VPN & Device Management. If no profile appears, it means your device is fine.
  • This eSIM uses an international roaming IP. Some apps, such as TikTok and ChatGPT, may not work properly due to IP restrictions. We kindly ask for your understanding.
