Please note that our company's guide is not allowed to accompany you on the island due to the island's rules and regulations. You are encouraged to ask the local tour guide any questions you may have during the tour. They will be able to provide you with information about the history, significance, and features of the Elephanta Caves. Towards the end of the tour, the guide may take you to a couple of shops and encourage you to buy souvenirs. Please be cautious during this time. It is important to know that these shops may claim to be family-owned and ask for your support. However, we advise you to firmly say "NO" and not to stop or engage in any transactions. Some guides do this despite our warnings, and unfortunately, we have limited control over their actions. Please remember to politely decline and continue on with the tour.
