Day Trip to PortAventura Park or Ferrari Land from Barcelona

For Package 1 Day Trip to PortAventura Park from Barcelona:

• Lead customer must provide an identity document of the lead customer (ID Card, Passport or driving license) to redeem the voucher to get the entrance tickets to PortAventura at Julià Travel Gray Line office. Ticket entrances will not be issued if the identity of the lead customer cannot be proved
  
• The departure from PortAventura Park to Barcelona is at exact time indicated from the same location of arrival. We kindly request you to be very punctual because it’s the only way of transportation available to return to Barcelona
  
• PortAventura World reserves the right to organise, schedule, restrict and close public access to PortAventura Park and/or PortAventura Caribe Aquatic Park and/or Ferrari Land and their different areas and services
  
• Some facilities may not operate and may be suspended or closed if necessary due to technical, weather, safety or operating conditions. In view of these conditions, it may also be necessary to close PortAventura Park and/or PortAventura Caribe Aquatic Park and/or Ferrari Land.The above does not entitle Visitors to a refund on admission or change of date
  
• Failure to show up at the established check-in time may entail losing the tour
  
• The duration of the tour includes the round trip to the destination
  
• Admission staff may request official documentation to verify the children’s age (ID, Passport, etc). If this documentation is not provided, the payment of the difference corresponding to the adult rate may be required
  

For Package 2 Day Trip to PortAventura Park and Ferrari Land from Barcelona:

• The reservation holder must present an identification document (ID, Passport, Driver's license) when exchanging their voucher for the ticket at the Julia Travel Gray Line Spain office.
  
• According to Ferrari Land's schedule for the 2023 – 2024 season, access to this park will be from 5:00 PM (In August from 4PM). We recommend entering at opening time to make the most of your time in the park
  
• Ferrari Land's opening hours may be subject to change throughout the season, and any changes will be communicated at check-in
  
• Some facilities may be out of service, suspended, or closed due to technical reasons, weather conditions, safety, or operational reasons. For the reasons mentioned, it may be necessary to close PortAventura Park and/or PortAventura Caribe Aquatic Park and/or Ferrari Land. All of the above does not entitle you to a refund of the ticket or a change of its date
  
• Admission staff may request official documentation to verify the children’s age (ID, Passport, etc). If this documentation is not provided, the payment of the difference corresponding to the adult rate may be required
  

For Package 3 PortAventura Park Tickets Only:

• The tickets must be collected from the booking date in advance. Any ticket will be provided before the booking date stated on the voucher
  
• Transfers to PortAventura Park are not included. You need to collect your tickets at Julia Travel Office. The ticket is valid for one day, you can use it in any of the open days of the season and it is not refundable. PortAventura Park is located 100km away from Barcelona City Center
