Participants must be aged 3+ to participate in this activity

Children aged 3-12 must be accompanied by a paying adult

Children aged 3+ will be charged the same rate as adults

A mandatory safety briefing will be conducted before departure. Life jackets are available on board for your safety. If you require one, please approach the captain before we set off.

Guests are required to travel light, and footwear must be removed before boarding the boat.

The activity is not a private experience. Celebrations, events of any kind, and self-catered food or beverages are not permitted on board and at the dining place.

The activity will depart at the scheduled activity time. If guests arrive late or are a no-show, their tickets will be considered expired, and no rescheduling, credit, or refund will be provided.

Guests who are unable to use their tickets due to inclement weather will have one month from the scheduled visit date to reschedule, subject to slot availability on a first-come, first-served basis. No refunds or credits will be issued under these circumstances.

The activity operator reserves the right to decline any rescheduling requests, as seats are reserved and secured upon booking confirmation.

The activity operator reserves the right to refuse participation in the activity if the specified conditions are not met.

The activity operator may reach out to you directly about any changes or updates to your activity schedule, including those due to inclement weather.

The activity operator, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel or amend all or part of the activity due to reasons outside its control or force majeure, including but not limited to weather, technical issues, health and safety concerns, or operational reasons. In such cases, the operator is not obligated to provide rescheduling, credit, or refund.

The dining choices for this package are fixed, and guests will not be able to place orders directly from the regular menu. Should a guest insist on ordering items outside the package selections, their request will be politely declined, and their dining experience will be considered concluded.
