We take you on a 2-hour journey at the crossroads of oenology and Zythology (from the Greek zythos (ζῦθος), meaning “barley wine”: fermented barley beverage that is very similar to our small contemporary artisanal mousses ). On the menu: discovery of the common points between these two beverages, historical anecdotes, tasting techniques and of course TASTINGS!!
You will make your own way to the meeting points
