Connemara Salmon School gives you the best introduction to Irish salmon fishing. Learn the basics, discover the art of salmon flies, and master your casting technique before hitting the water. You'll learn all about the migration of the "Salmon of Knowledge" and its hatchery and farmed fish counterparts. Your day is all inclusive of your salmon license, a wonderful lunch, equipment, and tuition.

The Erriff Fishery
The Erriff Fishery is one of the premier salmon fisheries in Ireland. It is located in Leenane, County Galway and comprises the Erriff River and two small loughs, Tawnyard and Derrintin.
Aasleagh Falls
The Aasleagh Falls is a beautiful waterfall north of the village of Leenane and close to where the counties of Galway and Mayo meet.
