Come and discover this Mayan treasure nestled in the exuberant jungle of the Yucatan peninsula. Cobá, a nexus of the largest network of stone paths of the ancient Mayan civilization, is known for its stelas. These are large engraved stones which embodied a whole cultural legacy. One of the highlights of this tour is visiting Nohoch Mul, which is 42 meters (138 feet) tall and has 120 steps from bottom to top". It is recognized as the tallest temple in the Yucatan Peninsula.
Akumal Beach
Your next stop will be to the picturesque coastal community of Akumal, known for its relaxed and natural atmosphere. Its warm waters are the perfect setting for the turtles who have adopted this area as their home. With that stated, there's no wonder why the meaning of its name in Mayan translates to “place of the turtles”. Our knowledgeable tour guide will take you on this impressive swimming experience, to get up close and personal with these friendly chelonians in their natural habitat.
Finally, we will take you to our exclusive beach hideaway to enjoy a delicious lunch and relax before heading back to your hotel.
