Walk The Nicest Vineyard Trail out of the tourist path. This tour has everything you have ever wanted:

  • You will travel by train from San Sebastian to Zarautz (25 minutes only)admiring the gorgeous landscapes
  • You will walk the Camino de Santiago (St James walk)
  • You will eat at a LOCAL market * except Sundays: homemade bread, local cheese, apple jelly, cider
  • Wine tasting at a Txakoli Winery
  • You will discover a tiny fishermen village

The walk is easy (9km) with only 70 minutes uphill.

2:15 PM Once the excursion is over, you can choose between going back to Donostia-San Sebastián by bus or staying the afternoon in Getaria (recommended). We help you if you need something else. We hear you!

Donostia - San Sebastian

We go 30 minutes by train untill we get out in Zarautz

Playa de Zarautz

Having been born in this village, I have a lot to show you. We will walk along the beach, breathing fresh air and enjoying the views. We will visit the local market and the medieval town, with its towers and palaces.

We will walk up a roman path (which is part of the St James walk) towards Getaria. Along the way we will visit a txakoli winery. We will taste at least 2 types of txakoli that they produce and we will eat local made products such as bonito or anchovies.
