You will be welcomed in my house where you will find everything you need to prepare the real pasta carbonara. The secrets for the success of the dish are very few. Excellent raw material and mastery in the process. But don't worry! I will follow you step by step and you will see that in the end it will be easier to do it than to explain it! Together we will also prepare Tiramisù, the dessert that has become one of the symbols of Italian cuisine. Before we all sit down together at the table to share what was prepared during the lesson, immersed in the atmosphere of a real Italian family, we will enjoy an aperitif with appetizers prepared by me.
