Shilin Residence Main Building: Free Chinese guided tours are available at 10:30 and 15:30 every day (services will be adjusted based on the epidemic situation)

There is no toilet in the main building of the official residence. Please use the toilet in the "Shilin Official Residence Park" before visiting.
The museum is open to the public. However, considering the number of people that can be accommodated in the historic site, if the number of people in the museum exceeds 100, please cooperate and enter in batches.
Eating, drinking, chewing betel nuts and chewing gum are prohibited in the main building of the official residence. Smoking is completely prohibited in the main building of the official residence and the garden area.
It is forbidden to touch any cultural relics in the main building of the official residence. Please do not feed the fish or throw garbage in the garden pond.
Please do not take close-ups of artifacts when taking photos in the museum, and do not record videos or audio recordings.
Please do not use flashlights, tripods, selfie sticks, or other equipment that may disturb others in the museum.
Dangerous materials and items such as bottles, firecrackers, lasers, and other things that may disturb or inconvenience other attendees are prohibited inside the venue
