Ticket Redemption
Your cruise voucher will be sent to you separately via email or WhatsApp after booking confirmation. Please show the voucher at the cruise check-in counter (either printed or on mobile) at your selected departure point — ICONSIAM Pier 4 or Asiatique The Riverfront, Warehouse No. 7 — to redeem your ticket and receive boarding access. For best experience, arrive at the meeting point at least 30 minutes prior to departure to complete check-in. Late arrivals or no-shows are non-refundable. Ensure you have your passport or valid ID for verification if needed.
