We kick off this half day cooking class for a guided tour of a local Cambodian market. Learn all about the colourful produce, amazing fruits, and typically Cambodian ingredients. From the market we head out to our purpose-built garden pavilion for your hands on interactive class. Led by one of our fantastic chefs learn how to cook three delicious Cambodian dishes that you will be able to re-create back home. Pickup included
Learn how to prepare traditional and delicious Khmer dishes under the guidance of the chef. Our chef will take you to the market and will explain everything about Cambodian vegetables, herbs, spices and other ingredients and he will teach you the art of Khmer Cuisine.
