Travellers who went scuba diving in the morning 1 day before this tour are required to consult a licensed diving instructor about this tour and are responsible for their own health
- Admission will not be granted to travellers who are under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication; refunds will not be granted under such circumstances
- The tour operator reserves the right to cancel hot air balloon flights due to adverse weather conditions. Full refunds will be granted in this event

Purchase Summary
- Children 3 years old and younger may join the tour without participating in the hot air balloon flight. One parent must take care of the child on the ground while the other parent takes the hot air balloon flight
- Travellers ages 4–17 must be accompanied by an adult during the entire tour (in and out of the hot air balloon)
- Pregnant persons beyond 3 months (13 weeks) of pregnancy are not permitted to fly
- Photos are included but subject to availability, no refund will be applied if unavailable. And the photos will be auto emailed to travellers after the flight
- Please note that the pick-up time on this page is for reference only, which will vary with the seasons (summer, winter and the time of sunrise). The exact pick-up time will be confirmed on the voucher and the tour operator will email travellers the day before travel, please check the registered email box prior to departure
