Forty-six return train seats are available per departure time and can accommodate up to 5 wheelchairs per trip

Free for children aged 0-2
Children aged 18+ will be charged the same rate as adults
Children under the age of 15 years must be accompanied and supervised by an adult (18+) for the duration of the Jetty Train journey and the Underwater Observatory tour
Children under the age of 3 years are free of charge but must be seated on an adults lap on the train. They do not get an allocated train seat to themselves
Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue
Tickets are valid for one return trip and can be used as a Jetty Day Pass

Due to safety regulations diving gear, fishing gear, large luggage, prams and strollers are unable to be taken on board the train or into the Underwater Observatory
You are recommended to use a baby carrier if you have one available. For an AUD 10 deposit, you can secure your pram to the jetty for the duration of your trip. Please advise the friendly bookings staff if this service is required
