Departure time can be 10 to 30 Minutes early or delayed due to the weather condition (e.g) the wave and fog light
The departure time may be delayed or canceled if the operation is not possible due to weather conditions. natural disasters restricted access by the local police or due to a lack of minimum number of passengers on board. Fully refunded if any of these are relevant
Operation will take place even on a rainy day. Cancellation request due to rain on the day of boarding will be subject to a fee in accordance with the refund policy
Depending on the season the schedule may vary. Please confirm the schedule after the reservation
Liquor and Food is not permitted to take on board
Please arrive 30 minutes before boarding time as the boarding declaration form needs to be signed
The minimum number of people is 30, and sailing will be canceled if less than 30 people gathered per hour. This can be checked at the site and if a refund wanted due to the cancellation, please contact the CS Team. (Please note that 2 pm operation has a 1% chance of cancellation)

- Please note that the depart time may change if it is impossible to depart at the original time due to special reasons such as weather, wind, and military. If the sailing is canceled, we will give you a full refund.
- It departs normally even on rainy days. Refunds are not available for this reason.
