Your tour begins in the historic Paymaster Building at the Brooklyn Navy Yard where we’ll guide you through the full whiskey-making journey, from milling and mashing to fermenting and distilling. Taste our signature moonshine on the distillery floor, then it’s off to our barrel room, where you’ll take in the sights, smells, and secrets of aging whiskey. Tours conclude with a guided tasting featuring four of our signature whiskeys. Duration is approximately 45 minutes.
