  • Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount

  • Children aged 11+ will be charged the same rate as adults

  • Participants aged 65+ will be charged the rate as seniors

  • Free for children with a height of 100cm or below

  • Free for participants with 100% disability and one companion. Those with less than 100% disability can purchase tickets on-site with valid certification

  • There is no luggage storage facility at the venue

  • Visitors are not allowed to feed the animals without permission from the staff

  • Do not throw objects at the animals

  • Avoid tapping on exhibit glass or fences

  • Jumping over fences poses a risk to both visitors and animals

  • Loud noises, such as shouting or screaming, can disturb the animals

  • Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals with valid identification

  • The following items are prohibited: Balloons/balls/skateboards/bicycles/scooters/roller skates/wheeled shoes

  • Infants seat are available and infants shall not sit on laps

  • This activity is stroller and wheelchair-accessible

  • Baby strollers are not allowed in the Reptile House or certain areas, nor can they be taken on the Bioparco Express. An unsupervised stroller parking area is available
